The Recruitment Process for Clients

Kensington Chelsea staff works with each client to find employees that best suit their family needs. We work with our families to create a list of 'must have' skills, abilities and experience as well as desired personal qualities, interests and cultural background.

Sourcing and Screening Candidates

All candidates register directly with Kensington Chelsea staff. Upon registration, one of our consultants will interview the candidate, check their DBS, passport and verify their experience. All candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience. We only accept candidates that meet our high standards and have suitable qualifications and experience.
